Welcome future camper!

We are so excited that you will be applying to CampMed this year and cannot wait to show you all of the exciting things you will experience at camp. You will get to spend the weekend in a 'family' comprised of you & 4 other students, along with 2 UCLA students as your counselors. Over the course of camp, you will compete with other families for "family points" in hopes of winning the ultimate prize: the Family Cup!

From suturing to phlebotomy, you will learn practical medical skills taught by specialists. You will also learn about the broad range of the healthcare field, hearing from a variety of speakers such as surgeons, physical therapists, EMTs, and so much more! The purpose of CampMed is to show you that not only are you capable in your own abilities to achieve your goals, but that you have many resources at your disposal to do so - including us! Whether it is helping you with college prep or asking for career advice, your relationship with your CampMed counselors doesn't end at camp.
