CampMed is a weekend long camp put on for students, by students.

Our mission is to provide underserved high school students in the LA area with the knowledge and motivation to enter the health field. In addition to hosting a plethora of guest speakers, ranging from ophthalmologists to hospital administration, our counselors teach students exciting medical skills such as phlebotomy and suturing.

Over the course of the weekend, we aid students in their college prep by informing them about SAT/ACT requirements, FAFSA, application deadlines, and more. Many of our campers have gone on to attend great schools, even UCLA!

 

CampMed holds a special place in each and every one of our counselors' hearts as they recognize how truly valuable they are in guiding these kids towards their future.
